A Single Session 

You're a capable leader; you don't need someone to tell you that. But sometimes the thoughts won't stop swirling, the decision feels harder than it should, or you just need a quiet space to think out loud. That's what this is - one session, no strings, no long-term commitment. You come in with a heavy cloud; you leave with lightness and clarity.

Finding your path

A 3-4 Month Engagement 

You've worked hard to get here. Now comes the part no one really prepares you for — figuring out how you want to lead. Not how your predecessor did it. Not how the leadership books say to do it. How you do it, in a way that's grounded, authentic, and sustainable. This engagement is designed for high performers stepping into the next version of their leadership style. Sometimes, it's helping you move from "doing great work" to "leading people who do great work."

Becoming

A 9-12 month journey

Some changes can't be rushed. This is for the leader who knows something deeper needs to shift, maybe it's the self-doubt that's quietly been running the show, maybe it's a pivotal moment (a new role, a significant life change, a team that needs more than you feel equipped to give right now). Over the course of our work together, we'll get underneath the patterns, rebuild the foundation, and you'll emerge not just more effective, but more yourself.

How We Begin

Whether one session or one year, it always starts here.

Step 1: Chemistry Call
We'll spend 30 minutes talking about where you are, where you want to go, and whether we're a good fit to work together. No pressure, no pitch, just an honest conversation to connect. 


Step 2: Getting Started
If we feel like a good fit, we'll start with an initial session so you can experience the work firsthand. From there, we'll map out the details and get you set up.


Step 3: The Work
We begin. I'll ask the questions you've been avoiding. You'll challenge your own assumptions. And slowly, the leader you've always been capable of becoming starts to come into focus.

Readiness doesn't mean having everything figured out — in fact, the opposite is usually true. The clients I work with best are those who sense that something needs to shift, even if they can't yet name what that is. They're tired of spinning in the same patterns. They're ready to stop waiting for clarity to arrive on its own and willing to do the work to find it.


You don't need the right questions. You just need to be willing to sit with them — and that's exactly what our chemistry call is for.


Coaching focuses on the "how" and "what" as in what actions will you take to move forward? We're focused on the present and future, building your well-being and mental capacity. Therapy addresses medical diagnoses related to mental health conditions (anxiety, depression, trauma) and explores the "why" to help you heal from the past.


A mentor has subject matter expertise and shares their experiences and advice. As your coach, I won't tell you what to do. I'm agnostic to your industry and experience. Instead, I'll guide you through reflective questions to help you identify your own choices and make the best decisions for yourself.


That's exactly who I work with. We'll explore the underlying beliefs and thoughts holding you back, examine your values and mental models, and co-create a path forward that aligns with who you are and what you want.
