Coaching focuses on the "how" and "what" as in what actions will you take to move forward? We're focused on the present and future, building your well-being and mental capacity. Therapy addresses medical diagnoses related to mental health conditions (anxiety, depression, trauma) and explores the "why" to help you heal from the past.
A mentor has subject matter expertise and shares their experiences and advice. As your coach, I won't tell you what to do. I'm agnostic to your industry and experience. Instead, I'll guide you through reflective questions to help you identify your own choices and make the best decisions for yourself.
That's exactly who I work with. We'll explore the underlying beliefs and thoughts holding you back, examine your values and mental models, and co-create a path forward that aligns with who you are and what you want.
